Hear the Gospel - Romans 10:17 "So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.“
Upon hearing we are commanded to believe the Gospel - Hebrews 11:6 "...for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him."
In Acts 17:30 we are commanded to repent of our sins. "...God ...commands all men everywhere to repent."
In Romans 10:10, we are commanded to confess our faith in Christ as the Son of God. "... and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
In Acts 2:38 we are commanded to be baptized for the remission of sins. "Then Peter said to them, 'repent and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins...'"
It does not stop there. In Revelation 2:10, we are commanded to be faithful until death and we will receive "...the crown of life".
WHAT MUST I DO IN ORDER TO BE SAVED?
HEAR
BELIEVE
REPENT
CONFESS
BAPTIZED
BE FAITHFUL
This is the most important question one will ever ask. The only way to answer this question is to seek guidance from the only authority we have: God's word.
